AI is not a human employee
Salon AI features are automated systems. They can make mistakes, misunderstand context or produce incomplete responses. The product should identify AI appropriately and provide a path to human handoff where the situation requires a person.
Backend authority
AI is not authoritative for price, discounts, availability, booking confirmation, payment truth, subscription state, Revenue Recovery fees, referral ownership or entitlements. Those facts are controlled by deterministic backend rules and stored state.
Data boundaries
AI does not receive database or secret authority merely because it can converse with a user. Arbitrary SQL access is prohibited. User-provided text is treated as untrusted input. Only the minimum context necessary for the enabled task should be provided to an AI service.
Training
Salon client, staff and message content is not used to train public or general-purpose AI models. First-party training on identifiable customer content is not enabled by default.
Safety and clinical scope
Salon Revenue AI is designed for non-clinical beauty businesses and is not a doctor, therapist or medical professional. It should not diagnose or provide emergency medical advice. Safety escalation is required for urgent self-harm, imminent violence, medical emergencies, abuse and sexual content involving minors.
