1. Business service
Salon Revenue AI is a B2B software service for non-clinical beauty businesses. By creating or using a business account, the business represents that the person acting for it is authorized to accept these Terms. The service is not a medical platform and is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.
2. Product structure
Salon Management is the required foundation for each active Location. AI Pro and Revenue Recovery are dependent products and are not standalone services. Features may be introduced in stages and only capabilities actually enabled for the account are available for use.
3. Standard website trial
The ordinary website trial is 7 days unless a separate Founder, partner or promotional policy applies. The trial includes up to 200 logical AI replies total and up to 30 proactive Revenue Recovery outreach messages total. Trial expiry does not automatically create a paid subscription, hidden debt or retroactive Recovery fee. Paid service begins only after intentional paid activation.
4. Fixed local list pricing
Where a GCC market is activated, Salon Revenue AI uses a fixed local list price rather than live foreign-exchange conversion. The displayed/checkout market and currency must match the charged subscription and receipt/invoice record. IP address or browser location alone is not authoritative for billing.
Market availability may be introduced in stages. Applicable tax is shown only when legally required and actually applicable.
5. Revenue Recovery verification
A normal booking, enquiry, message or AI-assisted booking does not by itself create a Revenue Recovery fee. The platform must be able to prove the applicable Recovery Case, eligible outreach, customer interaction, recovered booking and VERIFIED recovered revenue chain under the current product rules.
6. Billing, renewal and cancellation
After intentional paid activation, subscriptions recur monthly until cancelled. Before purchase, the plan, price, currency, applicable tax if any, billing interval, current Terms version and explicit purchase confirmation must be shown and recorded. Online purchases must be cancellable online; default cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Voluntary cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected or refunded as appropriate. See Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Failed renewal, suspension and termination
A failed renewal currently has a 3-day operational service grace period. After that period, paid Management/Booking and dependent AI/Recovery access may suspend without deleting the salon's data. We may also suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, abuse, sanctions/provider restrictions, fraud, or material breach. Termination does not create an indefinite Recovery-fee tail and does not erase financial/security records that must be retained lawfully.
8. Salon responsibilities and acceptable use
The salon is responsible for the legality and accuracy of its business information, prices, staff permissions, customer communications, marketing consent and operational instructions. The salon must not use the platform for unlawful spam, purchased contact lists, deceptive claims, prohibited discrimination, unauthorized personal data, medical practice outside product scope, malicious code, attempts to bypass tenant isolation, or content it has no right to process.
9. AI limitations and no guaranteed business result
AI features are automated systems, not human staff. They may be wrong or incomplete. AI is not the authority for prices, discounts, availability, booking confirmation, payment truth, subscription state, Recovery fees, referral ownership or entitlements; authoritative backend rules control those facts. Revenue Leak Check outputs are estimates, not verified losses. We do not guarantee a particular number of bookings, recovered revenue, ROI, ranking, availability or business result.
10. Data, confidentiality and intellectual property
The salon retains its rights in its client, staff, appointment, message, service, price, logo and uploaded business content. Salon Revenue AI retains rights in its software, interfaces, documentation, models/configuration and platform IP. Each party must protect non-public confidential business information received from the other and use it only for the agreed service, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.
11. Availability, third-party providers and force majeure
We do not promise 100% uptime or uninterrupted provider availability. Internet, cloud, database, payment, Meta/WhatsApp/Instagram and other third-party services can experience outages, policy changes, review delays or restrictions. We may fail closed or temporarily suspend affected functions to protect security, data integrity or financial truth. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law, while reasonable mitigation remains expected.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis with the product limits, dependencies and launch states disclosed in these Terms and the order flow. We disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be promised for a software service, including uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or a guaranteed commercial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the service. Salon Revenue AI's aggregate liability arising from the affected Location/service is limited to the subscription and platform fees actually paid or payable to Salon Revenue AI for that affected Location during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including as applicable fraud, wilful misconduct or other mandatory liability.
14. Customer indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the salon will defend and indemnify Salon Revenue AI against third-party claims arising from the salon's unlawful content, lack of required rights or consent, unlawful marketing/spam, infringement caused by salon-provided materials, or use of the service in material breach of these Terms. This does not shift responsibility to the salon for Salon Revenue AI's own breach, negligence or misconduct to the extent prohibited by law.
15. Electronic acceptance and notices
Electronic acceptance, account actions, order/checkout confirmations and versioned Terms records may be used as evidence of the business agreement. Official notices and support requests may be sent through the account interfaces or to the contact details maintained for the business. Do not send passwords, OTPs, private keys or API secrets by email.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, subject to mandatory rules that cannot be varied by contract. The parties should first raise a written dispute through support@salonrevenue.ai and allow a reasonable good-faith resolution period. Unless mandatory law requires another forum, the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.
17. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a general waiver. The salon may not assign the agreement in a way that defeats security, compliance or payment obligations without required consent; ordinary corporate reorganization remains subject to the applicable order/account process. These Terms, the applicable order/checkout, Privacy Policy, DPA, Billing Policy and referenced product terms form the agreement for the enabled service.
18. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for product, legal, security or provider changes. The current version is published here. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be handled through the applicable notice/acceptance process. Questions can be sent to support@salonrevenue.ai.
