Request deletion
Email support@salonrevenue.ai with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us the salon/business name and the account or connected channel you want the request applied to. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API keys or other secrets.
Meta / Instagram connected data
If your request concerns a Meta or Instagram connection, say that explicitly in the request. Salon Revenue AI also supports Meta's signed data-deletion callback on this same route for platform-initiated deletion requests. A successful signed callback removes the connected Instagram integration data associated with the Meta user identifier and returns a confirmation/status reference.
This public GET page provides instructions. The signed Meta callback uses POST. Meta-specific deletion does not automatically close the entire Salon Revenue AI business account.
Whole-account closure
If you want to close the entire Salon Revenue AI business account, request account closure rather than only integration deletion. The current account-closure policy provides a 60-calendar-day read-only/export recovery window before ordinary operational deletion or irreversible anonymization, except for justified financial, audit, security, legal-hold or other lawful retention.
Verification and timing
We may ask for enough non-secret information to verify that the requester is authorized for the relevant salon or account. We do not charge a fee simply for submitting a deletion request. We process requests without undue delay subject to identity, security and lawful-retention requirements.
