1. Trial
The standard website trial lasts 7 days. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. No hidden debt is created by trial expiry and no trial-period Revenue Recovery fee is charged retroactively. Paid activation requires an intentional owner choice.
2. Subscription prices and currency
Activated GCC markets use fixed local list prices rather than live FX conversion. IP/location detection is not authoritative for billing. Checkout must show the exact market, currency, plan price, tax if applicable and billing interval before activation.
Applicable taxes are added only when legally required.
3. AI usage
Paid AI Pro includes 1,500 logical AI replies per Location per month shared across Instagram and WhatsApp. Provider retries, webhook events, delivery statuses, technical retries and owner internal actions do not count as logical AI replies. Optional usage packs are prepaid and there is no automatic overage billing under the current policy.
4. Revenue Recovery
The standard fee is 15% only of VERIFIED recovered revenue. If verified recovered revenue is 0, the Recovery fee is 0. Ordinary AI or manual bookings do not create a Recovery fee without the required Recovery attribution and verification chain.
5. Renewal
After intentional paid activation, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, the current operational service grace period is 3 days before paid Management/Booking and dependent products may suspend. Data is not deleted merely because service is suspended.
6. Cancellation
Online subscriptions must be cancellable online. The default cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time.
7. Refunds and corrections
Duplicate, erroneous or otherwise invalid charges are corrected or refunded as appropriate. Corrective financial records may be retained for audit and accounting integrity. Where a refund is issued, the original payment method is preferred when feasible and permitted by the active payment provider.
8. Salon-client payment boundary
Salon Revenue AI does not receive, hold, escrow or settle the salon's client service payments at launch. A POS record may state Cash, Card or Other as an operational fact; the salon collects the client payment using its own external payment method/provider.
