Report a security issue
Email support@salonrevenue.ai with the subject SECURITY REPORT. Include the affected URL or feature, clear reproduction steps, expected versus observed behavior and any non-sensitive evidence that helps us reproduce the issue.
Do not send secrets
Do not email passwords, OTPs, API keys, private keys, session cookies or production customer data. If a secure exchange is required, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate method.
Good-faith boundaries
Please do not access data that is not yours, degrade service availability, perform destructive testing, run broad social engineering, or test third-party systems outside Salon Revenue AI's control. Stop if you encounter personal data or evidence that testing may harm a salon or its clients.
Security posture
We use layered technical safeguards and independent security testing, but no system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Reports are evaluated based on reproducibility, impact and affected trust boundaries.
